7- under payment you can choose the suitable payment method for you (Credit card, paypal, clarna, sofort)
8- it will take you to the information-page of the chosen method

as soon as we receive your order before 21:00 hour, we will fulfill it at the same day and ship it within the next day but at weekends (Sundays) and national holidays, it may be taking 1-2 days longer at these days.
As soon as we ship your order, you will be notified and you will get a shipment-number to watsch up the shipment status. The shipping within Germany will take usually 1-3 days. It will be shipped at all days of the week but Sundays and national holidays.

1- Please let us know of your intention to refund the product. you can mail us at info@eleganto.net
2- fill the return-document that you have got with your order and put it with the refunded item
3- stick the shipping label on the box, please make sure to cover the old shipping label so that you do not get the box again
4- as soon as we get your return, and we prove it of completion we will refund you on the original method from which you paid us.
